How our process works:
Once you place your order with a non-refundable $150 deposit, you will be contacted by our designer to discuss what hat shape and style you are looking for. Additionally, you will be mailed a sizing guide to help our designer perfectly fit you with your new hat.
Once your hat is designed you will be provided with pictures for your approval. The remainder of your hat cost will be due prior to your hat being shipped. Our Serratelli 2X Felt hats start at $220 and go up from there depending on how you design your hat. Typically, these final hats range about $250 - $300. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to complete your custom hat!

Once you have received your perfect fit guide, please follow the instructions to measure your head, so we can get the perfect hat size for you!
