How our process works:

Once you place your order with a non-refundable $250 deposit, you will be contacted by our designer to discuss what hat shape and style you are looking for. Additionally, you will be mailed a sizing guide to help our designer perfectly fit you with your new hat.

Once your hat is designed you will be provided with pictures for your approval. The remainder of your hat cost will be due prior to your hat being shipped. Our Private Label 5X Felt hats start at $325 and go up from there depending on how you design your hat. Typically, these final hats range about $370 - $400. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to complete your custom hat!
